By booking a visit, you agree that we will diagnose first and give you an upfront price before any repair, and that no repair starts without your go-ahead. Prices given on the phone are estimates until diagnosis, unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for giving us safe access to the machine and for telling us about known hazards, like a gas smell or water damage.
